Recorded Session Form and Reflection - Distance Education

Dear Faculty Member,

Thank you for viewing an OFE program. If you would like to use this online program as part of your annual professional development, please view the recording and materials, complete this form including answering the two reflection questions below, and press SUBMIT to send the form (Answers should be in sentence/paragraph form). Once your participation is confirmed, you will receive an email stating that you have completed the online session. You can include that email in your annual report. OFE will also provide to your college a list of all faculty who have completed online sessions during the semester.

    of the content presented, and overall comment about its usefulness.



2. In a paragraph share what insights, tools, strategies, or information in this session you can use to enrich
    your teaching in distance education. If you already know this content, you may find a different program
    more appropriate for your reflection.




3. Using you own experiences and knowledge, provide a brief discussion of additions, suggestions, insights,
     etc., you believe would enrich this or other sessions on distance education instruction.
